Thanks for all your help so far, this really has been a lot less painful than I expected renting to be!

I had my tenant give 4 weeks’ notice then the property was vacant for another 4 weeks so the incumbent rental manager had 8 weeks to find me a new tenant but they couldn’t. You got our details and brought me an approved tenant ready to move in straight away within 24 HOURS… all I can say is b***dy amazing
